Chef Seth Smith owner of Taste
Catering was born in Tulsa. He spent most of his young career living and working on both the East and West coasts.  On his culinary journey Chef Seth experienced Kennebunkport  Maine, Oregon, Colorado, Florida, New York City and abroad.
 
Educated from Le Cordon Bleu, London.  He holds Le Grand Diplomme. Holding the highest American honors in 11 years.  Chef graduated first in his class, with full distinction.  He is one of less than 200 International certified chefs in North America with this Diplomme.  While in London he also received a Master Catering Chef Certificate and apprenticed with The French Embassy, U.K..
 
While in New York City Chef Seth held a lead Pastry Chef position at an elite catering firm.  He also developed and opened a new concept of wine bars and was involved in special events with "the best of the best" of N.Y.C. culinary scene.
